WORKSHOP: Are Your Web Projects Fragile or Agile?

This 3-hour workshop will be a practical exercise in applying the principles of agile software development to web applications. We will organize into teams and take a real-life web project through a short sprint, following the simple but powerful rules of the Scrum framework. We will do paper prototyping, write user stories, define product backlogs, and have a couple stand-up meetings. Join us to learn some fun techniques for energizing your web application development efforts!
