The File Manager in Carmen now contains the files contained in your zipped file in the organizational structure you had on your drive (i.e., files in subfolders will remain in those subfolders).
You may now delete the compressed (zipped) file from the file manager. To rezip your files, simply check the items you wish to be included (they will become highlighted), and choose
Zip files.
From the File Manager, you can quickly create topics in your Content Manager.
1. Check the files you wish to be made into content topics (they will become highlighted).
2. Select
Create topics located in the upper right of the window. A new browser window should appear.
3. To finish creating your topics, you may:
1. Select a Parent Module under which your topics will be placed. Note, you also may create a parent module at this time.
2. Deselect any file you mistakenly selected in the file manager by unchecking the item.
3. Rename the Topic Title (this will be the word(s) displayed in the content manager).
4. Add a Topic Short Title which will appear along the left column of the Content Manager.
When you have finished creating any desired modules and organizing the names and locations of your topics, simply press Add in the upper or lower right of the window. When the File Manager closes, you will notice a red
