The Learning Repository (LOR) allows you to share your content modules and various other objects with other instructors -- either within your department, college, or the entire university (at your choosing).
Other instructors can choose to copy modules or pieces of them into their own courses once you make them available. They can also choose to DYNAMICALLY link to your published learning objects. That way any changes you make will immediately appear in their course as well.
