Question Library: Deleting, Re-ordering, or Moving Questions

To delete questions from the Question Library:

1. Access Quizzes or Surveys and click Question Library.

2. Click the check box next to items to delete.

3. Click Delete.

4. Click Delete to confirm.

To reorder, or rearrange, questions in the Question Library:

1. Access Quizzes or Surveys and click Question Library.

2. Click Order. A new view the questions appears, in which you can move the items up and down in the list. Simply check the empty box next to the question you want to move, then click either the up arrow or down arrow on the right side to move that question up or down.

The Order screen: Arrange the items below into the desired order by selecting them and clicking on the Up and/or Down arrows and click Save.

3. Select an item from the list by clicking the check box next to the item. Select multiple items to move them in a block.

4. Select the question you would like to move and click the Up or Down arrows to the right of the window to move the items as necessary.

5. Click Save.

To move questions into and out of sections of the Question Library:

1. Access Quizzes or Surveys and click Question Library.

2. Select the items you wish to move into or out of a section.

If you remove all questions from a section, the system returns you to the Import Question page. Click Question Library in the left navigation to return.

3. Click Move. A new view of the Question Library appears, listing options where you can move the items.

4. Select a Destination for the items.
