Before students can access your course website, you must activate it.
Show me Activate Course.
1. Go to the Course Home of the course you want to activate.
2. Click Edit Course (bottom right of the Navigation Bar).
3. Click the
Course Offering Information link in the Tools list to view the settings shown below.

4. Check the box for IsActive.
If you don't want students to have access right away, put a checkmark beside StartDate and specify access date. The course name appears in students' My Courses list when you check box beside Active, but will not be an active link until the specified StartDate. Students will see "Access Starts: _____" (with the date you chose) in their My Courses list.
Specify an EndDate , which will be the last day students have access to the course site. Most faculty choose to allow student access several weeks beyond the end of the quarter to allow students time to check grades or assignments. When the EndDate arrives, a note appears in the My Courses list below de-activated link stating, "Access Ended: ____" (with date you chose). Students calling or e-mailing the Help Desk with requests for access beyond that date will be directed to contact their instructor.
5. Click Save.
