Use of Carmen continues to grow—course offerings, unique instructors, and student enrollments have more than doubled since Carmen's debut in Autumn 2005.


Also on the rise is the number of courses submitting grades to the Registrar directly from Carmen.

During the 2006-2007 academic year, 8,543 Carmen help requests were received -- 50.3% were resolved by the Help Desk, and 49.7% were escalated to the Carmen team.
Also, we offered 96 Carmen workshops, including 12 customized for specific departments; 890 participants attended one or more workshops.
