I can't find my Carmen course. Where is it?

If you don't see a course listed, it might be for one of these reasons:
Why aren't the same features -- such as dropbox, quizzes, and discussions -- available in all my courses?
You may see different options in the navigation bars of different courses because your instructors decide which features to activate. If you are unable to access a tool required for your course, check with your instructor.
Something in Carmen is broken and I can't complete my assignment or quiz. What should I do?
Contact your instructor immediately to say you tried to complete the assignment or quiz. Then, contact the Help Desk by email carmen@osu.edu or by phone at 688-HELP for assistance in correcting the problem.
I uploaded my assignment through the dropbox, but my instructor can't access it. What's wrong?
Check to make sure that the file name DOES NOT contain special characters, such as the ampersand (&), percent symbol (%), or quotes (", or '). These characters interfere with Carmen's file system.
